During the summit, China signed a series of cooperation documents with Europe and the Netherlands.

The summit has issued a joint declaration, which reviews progress in the development of Sino-EU comprehensive strategic partnership relations in 2003.

The declaration also lays out future cooperation fields and sets the goal for the advancement of bilateral ties.

The Chinese Premier has also visited the European Space Research and Technology Centre and the Philips company in the Netherlands.
